What is the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your package directly through the 'Order History' section of your Forza Sports account.
How long does shipping take for sports equipment?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For heavy items like punching bags or weight benches, delivery may take 7-10 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for worn apparel?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, compression gear and mouthguards cannot be returned once opened.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Forza Sports ships to over 50 countries. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the gear.
How do I know which size glove or equipment to buy?
Each product page includes a detailed 'Size Guide' button. We provide measurements in inches and centimeters to ensure you get the perfect fit for your training.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Most of our equipment comes with a 90-day manufacturer warranty against defects. Professional-grade gear may carry extended warranties as specified on the product page.
